Update some more icons

First alpha for Messages.

• Please note this is only compatible with Nexus and Google Play devices.

This release is mostly functional, with most of the missing pieces (excluding MMS) being tweaks, improvements, and nice-to-haves. As there isn't a currently an about screen (issue #26 ), thanks go to Chris Jenkins for the Calligraphy library!
