Navigate to the EC2 service in the AWS Management Console
Select 'Security Groups'
Find the security group specified in the JSON file
Edit each rule and add a description
Save the changes
Update the JSON file to include the descriptions

Rationale

Adding descriptions to security group rules helps in understanding the purpose of each rule, improving security and manageability.
