* Bump profile versions (#72)

Bump versions for profiles that have been updated.
- basic.json
- product.json
- project.json

* Bump full,json version to 1.1.0 (#73)

full.json was modified and version needs to be updated

* Add GitHub Actions workflow for automated release creation

* Update Node.js version in GitHub Actions workflow to 20

* Update release workflow to read version from VERSION.json and add VERSION.json file
