fix: quote update after user connected wallet via bridge action button

If a user connects a wallet via the primary CTA button on the bridge page, it leads to the quote not being updated. Ideally, the call to connect() should be in a separate handler/mutation and not inside the hook useBridgeAction. But we can refactor that in a separate PR.

ACX-1668 FE wallet de-sync on deposit

A user received an "invalid" quote today on a 25 ETH transfer from Optimism to Ethereum.

Amplitude logs show that the FE thought they were transferring in the other direction (Ethereum → Optimism). This indicates a possible de-sync solely in the FE, because the FE did generate the transaction with the correct originChainId and destinationChainId, and the wallet submitted it on the correct chain.

Because the user deposited raw ETH, the transaction was routed via the SpokePoolVerifier contract on Optimism, and the deposit succeeded. This indicates that the deposit itself was formed correctly, so it's interesting that Amplitude shows that the transfer direction was wrong in the quote.

As a side-effect of the deposit being destined for Ethereum instead of from Ethereum, the relayerFeePct was underpriced and all relayers ignored it. It was not possible for the user to speed-up the transaction because it was routed via the SpokePoolVerifier contract (issue on that: ACX-1667).
