Menethil Harbor to Auberdine ship absent

In classic stage it is possible to sail from Auberdine to Menethil Harbor. But ship from Menethil Harbor to Auberdine after that never appears, instead of it keep arriving ship to Northrend.

I've looked at this. I use optional_vanilla_transports.sql
I can't reproduce the issue.

I took the ship from Auberdine to Menethil. Then waited.
A ship to Northrend arrived next. Then shortly after the ship to Auberdine.

There was an issue with the ships in Menethil clipping into eachother. Not sure what to do about that.
The ship to Auberdine arrived while the ship to Northrend was still waiting to depart.

Ships are handled client-side so it could be a clear cache issue.
