I am using a few other mods, but assume the issue is related to individual progression due to the below line from the overall list of changes:

(Optional) Re-route The Bravery to follow its original route to Menethil Harbor instead of Stormwind Harbor - this restores the original design goal to separate between Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdom starting areas.

I can provide a video or screenshot if helpful.

it is related to Individual progression indeed.
not sure what to do about it though.
