see YunoHost/issues#2365

I've ended up deciding to drop the "just push the markdown file into weblate" and instead go for the classical "let's just use gettext via pybabel" approach.

Todo list:

  • be able to list all existing translations
  • only pick translations that are fully translated (find a way to detect that)
  • generate the english original README then translated ones
  • generate a new file that list all translated README
  • point to this file in the template file
  • fix tests
  • once merge, update project on weblate to move to new behavior
