OptiCrafting v2.1 for 1.13~1.16.2

The 【OptiCrafting v2.1】version include other three datapacks.
Now you can choose which one you want or both of them.
【Main】include some lazy recipes.
【Bulid】include some way of getting decorate block and ore.
【Server】include the recipes of treasure and some non-recyclable resources.

Remove two recipes:
quartz pillar to smooth quartz (using blast furnace)
1 quartz block to 16 quartz pillar (with 8 white stained glass)
Add one new recipes:
1 quartz and 8 white stained glass pane to 4 quartz block

OptiCrafting v1.0 for minecraft1.14(and above)

Including 5 different type of recipes.
-Fast crafting can help you crafting something quickly. Such as crafting chest by logs, and cutting planks to stairs by stonecutting.
-Fast blasting allow you to use blast furnace to get stone or charcoal.
-Recyclabe provide a way to get more sponge, cobweb or black dye by crafting.
-Bulid extra can get some uncommon bolck like quartx and mycelium.
-More treasure can reduce laggy in mutiplayer server from finding treasure. It provide a way to get elytra and more.

How to use it?
Just put it in the file "datapack" in your saves.
If you want to use in your server. The "datapack" file should in the file "world".

It should be use in 1.13, but there's some bug. I try to fix it but not success yet.
