Moves some more security checks for scan on demand to the backend
Adds support to send telegram logs for scan on demand (Resolves [Feature Request] ScanNext/ScanZone Log channel for Telegram #889)
Persists the user scan history stats between process restarts
Cors to help block scan on demand api abuse :|
Also Resolves Leaflet control display broken #932
Also Resolves Poracle everything trackings are not possible to edit #927
Also Resolves Poracle notifications save without saving #928
Also Resolves Poracle menu - filter button for mons without functionality #939
