Proof/Catalog/Available in Section "Publication Formats"

I see that you have removed the double function (links + displaying (complex) information) for the Proof/Catalog/Available elements in the publication format section. I appreciate this, but for me the new version is still a bit confusing. I would:

• return to the checkbox for "Available". The word "disable" implies that there is something enabled.
• change the tooltip text to "set availability" (approve is already used for proofs)
• change the name of the catalog entry form. "Catalog" implies to go to the catalog not to an entry form for a book. It also has a tab called "catalog" in it.
• don't show the discussion part in the the popup-window "approve proofs"
• return to the checkboxes in the section "Page Proofs" (column "Approved"). There's only a "d" difference between "Disable" and "Disabled". A checkbox is much clearer.

Actually I would remove "Proofs" and "Catalog" altogether and would rather include a passiv pop-up checklist what to do and what to consider when uploading a file.
