1. remove all build files
2. install sparconv1.x
   1. https://github.com/traveller59/spconv/tree/v1.2.1
      1. Attention: It must be "git clone xxx.git --recursive" otherwise it will clone sparconv2.
   2. follow steps listed
3. cd to main dir, python setup.py develop
