The legacy method of enabling accessibility (which Frank uses to get the accessibilityLabel values), which was introduced for iOS 9 support, no longer works. The "new" method loads libAccessibility and directly call the _AXSSetAutomationEnabled method. This approach has been borrowed from KIF.
