Stacki binaries are released in Jumbo and Pallet formats.
Jumbo
The Jumbo release is comprised of all the required Pallets on a single DVD image that can be used to create a Stacki Frontend. The Jumbo even includes a minimal version of CentOS so you don't need to supply your own OS media. This is the recommended download.

Pallets
If you want to supply your own OS media you can use the Pallet release and just download the Pallets you want to use. This is for experts and developers.
