Automatically create users & tutorials

🎫 Description

The admin should be able to provide some form of input and the server automatically creates users & their respective tutorials. This should cover the following items and features:

• Creating each user with their respective role
• Creating each tutorial
• Assigning those tutorials to their respective tutors

The input could be one of the following:

• CSV file (Import Users from CSV file #38)
• Copy & paste from Excel:
  This approach needs either a fixed order of column or must have the option to automatically identify the columns and allow the admin to specify which column is used for which purpose.
