自绘标题栏而不是默认标题栏 #17

如图，自带的标题栏看起来有点突兀，应该换成类似这种的融合在界面本身里的自绘标题栏。

但是此功能如果使用WinUI3 Gallery里的方法会直接连页面都打不开就闪退,目前也显示处于实验状态，等后面这个可以用之后就加上：
