Improve survey workflow

Updated HealthKitOnFHIR and SpeziFirebase dependencies.
Accent color has been changed to match LifeSpace 1.0 application
“Options” header has been changed to “After 7 PM”.
If the participant taps the survey notification or opens the app between 7am and 7pm and has not yet taken their daily survey, the app will prompt them to start it automatically.
Survey logic moved into new SurveyModule for reusability
