Hola, I'm Siddhant Kumar!! 👋

Greetings! I am a highly skilled Software Engineer II. My expertise lies in being a Tools and Infrastructure Engineer in the Product Design & Content Development Team, where I collaborate closely with Technical Writers to help them publish their content using various authoring tools such as DITA and Markdown. Additionally, I excel in managing the CI/CD pipeline and the entire content publishing architecture to ensure a seamless production process. I've also been working on deploying an LLMs-based RAG model to help customers with a chatbot interface and help them have summarized answers.

In my role, I meticulously keep track of vital web metrics for the documentation site and implement top-notch SEO best practices. I've been working on a Multi-Agent Orchestrator-based service. My proficiency in building end-to-end websites using both frontend and backend technologies, incorporating DevOps wherever possible. Furthermore, I work with writers to gather and analyze customer feedback to deliver nothing but the most exceptional user experience to the readers.
