Feature: Read/write directly from/to Pi's SD card via Commodore (no additional serial connection anymore)!

Bugfix: Raspberry Pi 2 version now working.

ZIP file holds binaries for Raspberry Pi 1, Raspberry Pi 2 (v1.2 excluded) and Raspberry Pi Zero.
