Feature: Read/write directly from/to Pi's SD card via Commodore (no additional serial connection anymore)!

ZIP file holds binaries for Raspberry Pi 1, Raspberry Pi 2 and Raspberry Pi Zero.

Raspberry Pi 2 version does not work in this release, sorry!
