Beta pre-release

This release has a working profile system that allows players to adjust robot controls to their tastes. It also contains a drive mode selector and tuning range sliders. The range sliders can be enabled if they need extra tuning. The camera is a mjpg stream that polls the camera's address every 1500ms to refresh the stream on the dashboard.
