Would be good to test these changes with WebODM (I'm fairly confident but haven't manually tested), to make sure Potree works as expected. |

Fixes OpenDroneMap/WebODM#1463 due to the fact that we improperly classify points after generating the EPT files (affects CSV and LAS files also).
