Adds GodotPckTool, a simple tool to work with .pck files which are created by the Godot game engine. It is able to list the contents of a .pck, extract them, add extra content, etc.

The project originally pulls in it's dependencies using git submodules. I decided to replace the dependencies that are in nixpkgs with their packaged versions, leaving only a MD5 library. This library is fetched with a second fetchFromGitHub and copied to the appropriate location in a similar fashion to the way the AUR package handles it.
