@prtzl pinging since it seems like you're maintaining gcc-arm-embedded. Two things I'm noticing:

1. Issue with patchelf
2. Potential issue with finding libzstd when invoking compile. I can add zstd to the inputs and makeLibraryPath, but I'm not sure if that's the correct solution
