python3: get the triple from the build system

We don't need the sysconfigdata name at eval time, so trying to reimplement platform_triplet.c in Nix is unnecessarily painful compared to just getting it from the build system after the fact.

• Tested basic functionality of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
