Modules Reset to factory default
First you need to download Emergency-tools
Extract the ZIP archive to your MobiFlight folder like the screenshot below
Before, you need to close MobiFlight, be sure is not running on background, and unplug all modules.
If you have a pro micro, before plug the module, you need to add a wire on RST and GND pin, to force the module on bootloader mod.
Plug the module that you want to erase, and unplugg all others to avoid mistakes.
You need to identify the COM serial port number on your windows devices manager.
To open directly the devices manager you can execute "devmgmt.msc".
Identify the COM port number like the screenshot below:
For this example our module use the COM8 serial port, so the port number is "8".
If you have more than 1 serial COM port, becarefull to choose the right one, you can unplug your module to be sure, if you unplug your module the COM port will be disappear.
On "emergency-tools" folder you can find 3 commands scripts, use the right script accordingly to the list below:
- Mega 2560 R3 --> mega_reset_to_factory.cmd
- Mega Pro Mini --> mega_reset_to_factory.cmd
- Arduino Pro Micro --> NOT WORKING YET
- Arduino Uno --> NOT TESTED YET
Start the script and type the number COM port use by your module (Only the number).
The script start to erase EEPROM memory and FLASH memory (Not boot memory).
That it you can unplug your module, is reset to factory default.
