This repository is a set of MATLAB functions that retrieve and plot glider data from the IOOS glider DAC at 'https://data.ioos.us/thredds/dodsC/deployments/'. Some of the functions also retrieve model output from three global operational ocean models: Global Ocean Forecastimg System (GOFS 3.1 and GOFS 3.0) and the Operational Mercator Global Ocean Analysis and Forecast System (Copernicus) at 'http://tds.hycom.org/thredds/dodsC/GLBv0.08/expt_93.0/ts3z' (GOFS 3.1), 'http://tds.hycom.org/thredds/dodsC/GLBu0.08/expt_91.2/ts3z' (GOFS3.0) and 'http://marine.copernicus.eu/services-portfolio/access-to-products/' (Copernicus).
