Managed Camera Control System for Mogre ported from Ogre Camera Control System (ogre-ccs.sourceforge.net)

run the sample

1. copy all files in Lib to bin
2. complie and run
3. right click to switch camera mode, and
4. press A/S/W/D to move the camera as well as J/K/I/L for the targe

things to be done

1. change style for C#
2. more test needed
