Add visual and audio effects to several artifacts
Charged Crystal: emits crystal shards and plays a sound on hit
Crying Statue: emits a pulsing aura when the buff is active
Dreamwood: enemies marked by the Dreamnail emit essence particles
Honeydrop: the Knight pulses yellow when the honey coating is active, and releases honey particles when using the coating to negate damage
Lush Moss: plays a brief flash when healing
Totem Shard: constantly plays the focus animation when the buff is active
Void Emblem: striking enemies with the nail gathers void particles, and casting a spell with the buff active releases a small void aura
UI Changes
Change UI layout to have the left panel display trait information and the right panel display the exact buff the artifact is giving
Fix UI scaling for ultrawide resolution
Rando Changes
Add option to choose whether or not to place artifacts in world for randomizer
Balance Changes
