Migrate Dyson from GalaxySpace to Intergalactic

Moves the Dyson from GalaxySpace to GTNH-Intergalactic.

Part of a plan to merge this addon into GT5u

This PR includes a retexture of the Planetary Gas Siphon and its casing, done by @bluhbipo, since this casing was migrated to this mod, and was an ARR asset from GalaxySpace
