Purpose

This PR is updating the community content type config and tiwg template to match the current live site

Includes the following PRs that must be merged first

Deployment and testing

Local Setup

  1. lando rebuild -y

QA/Testing instructions

  1. compare the a live site community page to the Drupal and ensure that all content is showing (styles might be off)
