Return ${GOSUB_RETVAL} value where ever macroexit is called

• I'm not sure it's related to Bugfix #582 - FollowMe - GOSUB_RETVAL returns empty from [macro-blkvm-setifempty] core#140 and [bug]: FreePBX 17 FollowMe - GOSUB_RETVAL empty from [macro-blkvm-setifempty] issue-tracker#582 as ext_macroexit() is not used there in core/functions.inc.php
• I'm not sure you can just return an empty ${GOSUB_RETVAL} ?
• What's wrong with ext_return(${GOSUB_RETVAL}) ? :) in my opinion it's more a proper way as ${GOSUB_RETVAL} is being set in places where ext_return() is fired

actually both PR's are correct except we need to keep only one function ext_macroexit or ext_return but in this case changes are needed in multiple modules...
