Consider include the docker image in the readme #78

Currently there is no link to docker hub where the images is being hosted. Including it int he readme as first option to run in docker (instead of the option to compile on your own and then build the image) will easy the usage.

It'd indeed be nice to have a Docker Hub link. We usually add such links to the readme as you suggested, like in here.
