release v1.1.0

It's been more than three years since the last release, time for a version bump!

Since the last release, 44 commits were filed and a new maintainer was added (me).

New config options:

• sorting based on opening count/frequency
• opening apps in cgroups for easier detection in system monitors
• close on unfocus
• removing entries from history if they are older than n days

Also, some bugs were fixed and a new example config was added.

First Release

Sirula was usable for quite some time, but I have been asked to add an actual release :)
