- Upgrade from macos-12 runners to macos-15
- Migrate projects to net9 (xamarin no longer present)
- Fix python issues
- Upgrade to NDK 27 for android to support 16KB page size
- Removed all xamarin projects, only dotnet-core is used now.
- Fixed Android emulator (switch to ubuntu)
