Tool to import. translate and review words from Kindle Vocabulary Builder

Requirements for a full functionality

1. Physical Kindle device
2. Installed Kindle Mate app (http://kmate.me/download/)
3. Created account for Google Cloud Translate API and installed according to their instructions ##TODO - explain exactly what to do
4. Created account for Azure Services Translation API ##TODO - explain exactly what to do

Provided functionalities

1. Review (with editing capability) from existing dictionary ##TODO Not yet implemented
2. Import from Kindle Mate to existing dictionary with automatic translation for the words which aren't yet translated. Automatic translation is done using Google Cloud Translate API and Azure Service Translation API.
3. Direct text translation using Google Cloud Translate API and Azure Service Translation API.
