• Removed tags feature

• Clear command brought under delete. Its command word is now delete-all, and a confirmation message will appear. This acts as a safety check to see if the user truly wants to delete all. Delete-all-f command forcefully deletes all entries.
  

• Find command works with contact number. Now requires the use of argument prefixes n/ or p/ to be non-empty. Both can be used at the same time, but at least 1 has to be present.
