Pokemon not levelling up using deck mode! Please Help!, lost mewtwo and all Pokemon reset level

I had traded a Mewtwo for my level 100 Charizard X, i got the trade and was insanely happy. I traded it and saw it in my stats menu, however, i think Mewtwo is untradable. Next day i woke up to see all my pokemon have completely reset level to Level 14, they require 8 bars to level. I've done my cards like this for a month or so and they aren't gaining any experience.

I made them all grow to level 100, now they won't even level up. My pokemon all are still here but i lost the Charizard X ( i had 2 Charmander previously to save for good trades), and now it just disappeared. I'm on the latest anki QT6, which means that it should be perfectly working fine but nah I'm facing difficulty. Can you reprogram my Mewtwo back for my deck?
Also, how do i make all my pokemon in a row? It's effort to scroll through all of them, can i make a stacked row as i don't want this way anymore. I don't wanna mess with the code or settings so please show me how.

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
I expected to keep my mewtwo and my ranks i worked for yet my pokemon dont gain XP, how do i make them gain XP maybe im doing it wrong? I just study the cards thats it.

Redownloaded and restarted anki and my computer as well as redownloading the addon.
