What does the label "needs reviewer answer" mean ?

Hi all, I created a PR some time ago. Unfortunately until now I am not sure what is the next step. I would have thought either someone merges the PR or gives feedback if something is wrong.

I noticed that it was labeled "needs reviewer answer", but I do not know what that means.
I could not find information about that neither.

I thought maybe someone of you might know and could help me understand the expectation or how it works.

I would be grateful for information.

It just means that we (/a reviewer) needs to get back to your PR. I unfortunately have little time at the moment, so I've marked it as needing a response from us.
