Share history only across panes in a tab

Hi, in my current tmux setup, I have setup my bash PROMPT_COMMAND that sets the history file to the concatenation of the name of the current session + current window. I'd like to achieve something similar (or better) in Zellij so that I can share history only across the panes in the current tab. If there's a way to set it up without using PROMPT_COMMAND, that's fine but it has to work whether the pane is already loaded or resurrected. I guess I got stuck trying to retrieve the current tab name. Any advice would be appreciated!
