See #851 (comment) for context. ID's should (could) be validated (see https://docs.pydantic.dev/latest/concepts/types/#custom-types), but the validation should sit near enough to the ArangoDB model that is currently in use.

We should also make the difference between a "database Object" (which has an ID) and an object that hasn't been saved yet (which doesn't)
