Will a UDP forwarder block other forwarders in the stack?

The situation is like this: I have a UDP forwarder as shown below. However, once I receive the first forwarder (while it's still processing), I won't receive any other forwarders. It's as if the forwarders must be executed one by one. I'm not sure where the issue is.

Forgot to mention that I'm using it on Android, which shouldn't have an impact. It's most likely an issue with my processing logic, but I can't figure it out.

attach more with sniffer, 172.19.0.1 is my tun ip.

It seems goods?
L1: got forward request 172.19.0.1:44354 -> 10.0.0.3:443, with payload len 1250
L2: forward it, 10.0.0.3 is the fakeip of www.googleapis.com.
L3-L7: it's my proxy shows, success connect to target, there is www.googleapis.com
L8-L9: read the 1250 paylaod send through proxy
L10-L18: got 3 package from my proxy, then send to my src there is 172.19.0.1:44354
L19-: mannual read deadline reached, "disconnect"

but like i said since I received my first forward request, I won't receive any other forward request any more, get a new request every once in a while the same is they all from 10.0.0.3[www.googleapis.com]

Has anyone encountered this situation?

my tcp forwarder works fine until i got the first udp forward request, if don't set the udp forwarder the tcp always work
