Have separate compatibility reports for different OS

On the main website by the combability bar and search box, there would be an option to filter between Windows, Linux and Mac compatibility report, with Windows being the default option.

When making a compatibility report in Xemu, the user will be required to select an OS from a dropdown list, so that it is automatically sorted.

There would still be only 1 compatibility report per system at any given time.

Game issues will still appear together as one list. Users will be told to put in OS in the naming format in the same manner as putting the game name, Xemu version etc are.
