in FeedbackControllerPreset.h is kREVNEOBuiltIn for SparkMax's and SparkFlex's and is kREVNonNEO of the data external encoders going into the Max's data port and Flex's external data port? |

That file was last updated before the Flex was a thing, so everything it talks about is with respect to the NEO. "non-NEO" refers to using an external encoder instead of the one built into the NEO. |
