[QA] "Network cost" field is not displayed for Circle CCTP Automatic route

Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/.
Tested OK on https://portalbridge.com/.

Steps:

1. Prepare to send 1 USDC from Arbitrum (MetaMask) to Base (MetaMask)
2. Check if "Network cost" field is displayed for Circle CCTP Automatic route

Actual result: "Network cost" field is not displayed for Token Bridge Automatic route.
Expected result: "Network cost" field is displayed.
