KNP Pagination bundle issue

When using v6.x of the KNP pagination bundle there is an issue with passing the custom pageParameterName, see KnpLabs/KnpPaginatorBundle#815

Unfortunately v5 of the pagination bundle isn't compatible with SF 7.x which means that the pagination doesn't currently work (the links get parameter page=1 rather than [tableName]page=1).

Until the KNP issue gets resolved this bundle can't be used with SF 7, and it's necessary to restrict the KNP to <6.0 in older SF installations.
