No updates in a while

@vorillaz what's the reason not accepting / merging new pull requests? I was going to contribute a little but I saw there are issues / pull requests pretty old still opened.

Anyone wanting to promote a fork ? @vorillaz used github pages for the website thus it's not a big deal to create a new one.

However, for the npm package, it's another issue. I use devicons as ttf in my desktop so i don't care about npm. Maybe should we create devicons2 with a small team ?
