I'm not sure I understand what the problem is, the formatting is a bit hard to read but:
one of the last sections you posted shows a failure due to a missing torch dependency, it also looks like it's an isolated build (contrary to what you are mentioning in the last section)
Can you show the contents of requirements-build.txt?
@dtrifiro I am sure that I have installed the VLLM environment and can proceed with the installation through pip install vllm.
but I need to install the latest version. It may be caused by CUDA. Different from documentation page,my CUDA version is 118. Because there are other services on the server that I cannot switch to the CUDA version.
