Documentation Update Required

More information about Qcow2/raw/self-install images installation would be desirable.

What does the documentation say now?

  1. Register SL Micro with SCC transactional-update register -r <REGCODE> -e <your_email>: there is no SL Micro product in the link, I needed to find it in SCC by myself.
  2. No Ignition or Cloud-init sections from 4.3 documentation.
  3. Not so clear instructions how to prepare raw image before installation.

What change is required?

  1. Given SUSE Manager 5.0 is officialy designed to be working on SLE Micro 5.5, the snipcode should looks like: transactional-update register -e <your_email> -r <REGCODE> -p SLE-Micro/5.5/x86_64.
  2. Although it's not required to make Qcow2/raw images working via ISO instead of importing as external drive, for customers with 4.3 experience it would be usable to at least have a link to the process how to do it.
  3. By default, the raw image is approximately 6.6 GiB. If users do not extend it, they may not be able to do so later, as I couldn't find a clear method to mount an external drive to the same mount points as the default partitions. I have found this document, but I couldn't navigate to it from the official documentation.
