click edit on A note but jump to B note editor #4299

Describe the bug

when you click the A note but sometimes it will show the B note editor,but sometimes it works well.
I guess the note which has #tag will show the problem more often.

Steps to reproduce

1.click A note
2.B note editor show

The version of Memos you're using

0.23.0

Memos caches the changes you make to your notes untill you click save or cancel.

E.g. create a note and save. Edit that same note and close your browser tab without saving or cancelling. Go back to Memos and edit the same note. Your previous text should still be there on edit.

I believe this is what happened in your scenario.

You can see which notes have cached data by going to developer tools (right click on page -> inspect) in your browser -> application -> local storage -> {memo url} -> and look for your note in the list
