The surveymonkey URLs¹ in the README are no longer valid. I think it's fine to keep them, but the page that they bring a user too reads

We have now stopped receiving responses for the 2022 Quantum OSS survey! Visit unitary.fund for the results, that will be published soon.

We should update this banner since the results are now published.
